Terms of Service

1. These terms

These terms apply to linksharing.top and to every page we host on its subdomains. By using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

LinkSharing hosts a simple one-page website for a business on a subdomain of linksharing.top. The service is free. We do not charge for it, and we do not promise to keep it free for ever.

3. Who may use it

You may use the service if you represent the business shown on the page, or if that business has asked you to act for it. One business, one subdomain.

4. What you must not do

Do not use the service to publish or to send any of the following:

• Content that breaks the law of the country where the business operates.
• Content that infringes somebody else's trade mark, copyright or other right.
• A page that pretends to be a business, a person or an authority that it is not.
• Malicious software, phishing pages, or links that lead to them.
• Unsolicited bulk messages that point to the page.
• Adult content, content that promotes violence, or content that attacks a group of people.
• Automated requests that overload the service.

5. Your content

The business information on a page stays yours. You give us permission to store it and to show it on the internet for as long as the page exists. You are responsible for it being correct and for having the right to publish it.

6. Availability

The service is supplied as it is. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of faults, or that it will suit a particular purpose. We may change it or stop it at any time.

7. Suspension and removal

We may remove a page or suspend a subdomain, without notice, if it breaks section 4, if it damages the service, or if a competent authority tells us to. Where we can, we write to the contact address on the page first.

You may ask us to remove your page at any time. Write to preventorua@gmail.com.

8. Liability

The service is free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost data or any indirect loss that follows from using the service or from not being able to use it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Privacy

How we handle data is written in the Privacy Policy. It forms part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version always stands on this page, with its date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. The courts of Portugal have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
